Scope
Biology and Medicine is a peer-reviewed journal publishing original, relevant and high quality research
manuscripts in most of the modern disciplines and sub-disciplines of biology and medicine. The journal
recognizes the multidisciplinary nature of biology and medicine, and includes research articles, review
articles, case reports and short communications, with a focus on cellular and molecular biology, disease
research (humans and animals), developmental biology, toxicology, pharmacology, genetics,
epidemiology, bioethics, biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, agriculture, zoology and botany.
Publication of Articles
This is an entirely online journal publishing rapidly but still maintaining a high quality of manuscripts. The
manuscripts will be published after the peer-review by an international panel of experts is completed and
the manuscript is approved, provided the authors pay the necessary Article Processing Charge after
receiving the invoice. The decision on acceptance or rejection will be taken within 1 month for research
articles.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely
available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Submission Preparation Checklist
